We wonder how long this would take.
“The city government of Taguig recently announced that property developer Ayala Land is set to transform the 120-hectare Food Terminal Incorporated (FTI) as the next Bonifacio Global City (BGC),” reports Francis T. Wakefield in the Manila Bulletin.
The FTI is situated about 2.4 km north of Bicutan Interchange, 2.3 km southeast of the Fort Bonifacio overpass and about 4.4 km southeast of EDSA. It’s accessible through two major arteries: the South Luzon Expressway and C-5 via SLEX’s East Service Road.
The FTI is likewise accessible through the Philippine National Railroad and the Laguna Bay.
Plans for the proposed FTI Interchange—which would link existing FTI roads to the C-5, the SLEX, and the Metro Manila Skyway—are also being considered.
