It’s nice to have fun while working — maybe sneak a peek at Instagram, or hang out a little too long on that smoke break — but these Las Piñas City policemen take the cake.
Four of them were caught boozing it up big time while supposedly on duty in the wee hours this morning at a checkpoint on the city’s Zapote Road.
The cops in question have been identified as Patrolman Samuel Inoc, Police Corporal Alquin Orgen, Police Corporal Randy Danao, and Police Corporal Robemar Abales, reported Remate. All of them are assigned at the Las Piñas Police Station 6.
Police Brigadier General Gerry Galvan of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Internal Affairs Service said the group was busted downing shots at about 1:35am. Seized from the men were two huge bottles of alcohol, one unopened and the other almost entirely empty, according to Radyo Inquirer.
The party boys were told to surrender their firearms because of the violation, and will face administrative charges at the PNP, reported GMA News.
