“Former RPN-9 Newswatch anchor Harry Gasser passed away at around 3am on Thursday, April 3,” reports Dharel Placido on ABS-CBNnews.com.
The 76-year-old Gasser was recently confined at the Quezon City General Hospital because he had pneumonia. The condition then aggravated his heart condition, which his son Henry says caused his death.
Gasser was the husband of veteran comedienne Flora Gasser. The report said his remains will be taken to St. Peter’s Chapel in Commonwealth, Quezon City, and will be cremated on Monday, April 7.
