They say Friday the 13th is unlucky — and it certainly was for Ricardo Uy, Filipino-Chinese businessman was shot in Manila this morning.
“PO2 Benjamin Blanco of Manila Police District Station 3 said Uy, 57, was rushed to the hospital after being shot by four suspects inside a commercial-residential building at the corner of Ma. Clara Street and Lacson Avenue,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
Bystanders allegedly tried to go after the suspects but failed to catch them. Meanwhile, Uy’s relatives have reportedly “declined to disclose whether the suspects managed to get any valuables from the victims.”
