A maintenance worker found three fetuses in the toilet of the The Shrine of Our Lady of Mercy, along Quirino Highway in Novaliches, Quezon City.
According to Inquirer News, Flora Duran found the fetuses inside a green bag as she was cleaning the women’s toilet last Saturday morning.
SPO2 Edward Samilin, the desk officer of the Novaliches Police station said that this was the first time that more than one fetus was dumped at a single place. Investigators stated that there was the possibility that an abortionist was operating in the area.
