Ken Hicban sang praises for Christian Jay Talamisan of Bacolod Chicken Inasal Jupiter St. branch, after the latter had found and returned a bag containing PHP37,000, credit cards, atm cards and IDs.
Hicban took to social media to thank Talamisan for his honesty.
According to the post, Hicban was rushing to a relative’s birthday party so he forgot about his valuables. He immediately called the fast-food chain upon realizing that he left behind his black and gray bag.
“Nung una hindi na namin ineexpect na mahahanap pa yung bag. Pero sobrang blessed namin dahil buti nalang ang nakakuha ay ang crew nila,” Hicban wrote on his Facebook page.
(‘At first we didn’t expect to find the bag. But we feel blessed because a crew found it.’)
Hicban was able to get everything back, and he was also able to meet the service crew who returned his bag.
“He deserves to be viral!” Hicban said about Talamisan.
He does indeed. Faith in humanity restored.
