Hinge Inquirer’s food industry magazine, F&B World is dead. Taking its place is F&B Report. It is still about the food industry, except the magazine is cleaner, bigger in size, and just generally much better than its predecessor.
It’s cleaner now with color white as its base, allowing readers to appreciate the photos more. The paper is now matte, which is a welcome and fresh break from the glossy kind.
The current issue gives praise to everything Pinoy — from much loved classics like ensaymada and longganisa to Filipino chefs waving the Philippine flag in restaurant kitchens abroad. On the cover is James Beard Awardee, Fil-Am chef Paul Qui.
Still priced at PHP125, F&B Report will be available in bookstores and newsstands nationwide this weekend.
