At least 52 million voters are expected to cast their votes on Monday, May 13. The Commission on Elections (Comelec) says they are 99.99 percent prepared for the elections. The poll body reminded voters to check their names from the voters lists and look for their assigned polling precincts early to avoid confusion and disenfranchisement.
