Ruby Tuason, a kew witness in the pork barrel fund scam of Janet Lim Napoles, returned to the Philippines today, Friday, February 6. Reports are saying that she has claimed that she collected “kickbacks” for Sen. Jinggoy Estrada and Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile.

“Despite this, former president and now Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada said he is confident that his son, Senator Jinggoy Estrada, would still be able to defend himself in the pork barrel scam case even if a key player has agreed to testify in favor of the government,” reports Dharel Placido on ABS-CBNnews.com.
Mayor Estrada was quoted as saying, “Wala kaming kakaba-kaba (We’re not afraid). I know my son Jinggoy can defend himself.”
He also added: “Eh pwede namang diktahan na iyan kung ano ang sasabihin nyan (They can dictate to her what they want her to say) in order to destroy any person. Now the other thing is if they can prove anything she said.”
