Manila Mayoral candidate Former President Joseph “Erap” Estrada and his running mate incumbent Vice Mayor Isko Moreno warned the citizenry against vote-buyers during last Friday’s miting-de-avance.
The tandem running under the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) banner gave the advice to “accept the money, but vote for us.” Erap, who resigned the Presidency due to charges of graft and corruption, also warned that vote-buying politicians would steal from the country’s treasury to recoup their investment, GMA News reported.
