Enzo Pastor’s widow and her alleged lover summoned by DOJ

Who thinks they’re both going to show up?

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has summoned the widow of Enzo Pastor and her alleged lover in connection with the killing of the race car driver last June.

“Daliah Pastor—as spelled in her passport—and businessman Sandy de Guzman have been ordered to appear before the DOJ at 2pm on October 9,” reports Edu Punay in The Philippine Star.

The two have been charged with parricide and murder, respectively for the killing of Pastor.

The report noted: “The camp of De Guzman, however, filed a motion with the DOJ seeking to suspend the submission of his counter-affidavit.”

Meanwhile, the DOJ explained that “while no hold-departure order has been issued against Daliah, she can still be prevented from leaving the country while the preliminary investigation is being conducted.”
