This case continue to be a puzzle.
“Tomas and Remedios Pastor, the parents of slain international race car driver Enzo Pastor, recently told reporters that Dalia Guerrero Pastor and businessman Sandy de Guzman, the alleged mastermind in the killing of their son, reunited after the latter was released on bail for charges of illegal gun possession,” reports Edu Punay on Philstar.com.
The Pastors say Dalia and De Guzman are now “hiding together in the Visayas.” However, they didn’t give more details to the media.
The report noted: “Police Officer 2 Edgar Angel, the suspected gunman in the slay, claimed in an extrajudicial confession before the Philippine National Police last month that Dalia and De Guzman have an illicit affair and that the businessman paid him PHP100,000 to kill the champion racer.”
Angel was indicted by the Department of Justice on September 12 for the murder of Pastor.
Dalia, through her lawyers, has issued a counter-affidavit saying that she isn’t having an affair with De Guzman.
