Enzo and Dalia Pastor’s parents fight over custody of grandsons

Tragic is the only word for it.

“The parents of slain international car racer Enzo Pastor asked a Makati City court on Tuesday, November 4, to grant them custody of his two young sons with wife Dalia, who has yet to surface after being tagged as one of the suspects in his June 12 ambush,” reports Maricar B. Brizuela in Philippine Daily Inquirer.

The report noted: “Tomas and Remedios Pastor filed an opposition in the Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 136 to seek the dismissal of an earlier petition filed by Dalia’s parents, Xavier and Valerie Guerrero, who wanted to be declared as the permanent guardians of the children.”

The Pastors say that the Guerreros have refused their requests to see their grandkids. They said the Guerreros obviously want to be given custody of the kids so they would also have control over the properties and other businesses they inherited from Enzo.

The Guerreros are expected to contest the Pastors’ legal move.
