Embattled PMA cadet takes case to Supreme Court

He can’t take no for an answer.

“In a petition submitted earlier this week, Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Cadet 1st Class Aldrin Jeff P. Cudia urged the Supreme Court (SC) to issue a temporary restraining order (TRO) or status quo ante order (SQAO) to prevent the implementation of his dismissal,” reports ABS-CBN News Ina Reformina on ABS-CBNnews.com.

Cudia had been hoping to be part of the PMA graduation rites on Sunday, Mar 16—but that doesn’t seem to be remotely possibly now. Meanwhile, the Commission on Human Rights has shown its support for Cudia.

Looks like this story isn’t over yet.
