El Shaddai’s Bro. Mike supports 4 more candidates

Bro. Mike Velarde endorsed an additional 4 names for Senator in the 2013 elections.

The highly influential head of the El Shaddai catholic charismatic community named United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) candidates Nancy Binay, Richard Gordon and Juan Miguel Zubiri, and Ang Kapatiran Party’s Marwil Llasos. Earlier this month, the White Vote Movement, a campaign started by lay Catholic groups, endorsed Senators Gregorio Honasan II, Aquilino Pimentel III, and Antonio Trillanes IV, San Juan Representative Joseph Victor Ejercito, Zambales Representative Mitos Magsaysay, and former Las Pinas Representative Cynthia Villar.

The campaign is meant to create a voting bloc “consistent with the teachings of the (Catholic) Faith to back senatorial candidates in the 2013 elections,” White Vote said on its website.
