With his migraine attack episode last Thu, Feb 11, still hot news, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte faced the media on Fri, Feb 12.

Duterte stated that the grueling campaign schedule that he has been keeping for the past 10 days might finally have taken its toll on him.
However, he said that he had already recovered from the migraine attack that led him to cancel an appearance.
“Duterte then told media that he would not accept the challenge of Liberal Party standard bearer Mar Roxas to reveal his medical records,” reports ABS-CBN News.
The tough-talking mayor quipped: “I will not do that as a matter of policy. Ano ako, buang (What am I, a fool)? Parang (It’s like) you’re forcing me to say I’m not a liar.”
Duterte was once again in his element when he fired off this joke about Roxas: “Tanungin mo muna kung tuli ba s’ya (Ask him first if he has been circumcised).”
