“In his speech during the Rotary Club assembly on Patriotism, Leadership, and Federalism which was attended by representatives from various sectors at the Baguio Convention Center earlier this week, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte said something that indicated that he may not be running for president after all,” reports Zaldy Comanda in Manila Bulletin.
Duterte was quoted as saying, “I have served as Congressman, mayor and vice-mayor of Davao City. I am old, I have served enough and I do not have millions to wage a nationwide campaign.”
