DudirtyQuotes is the source for your daily dose of Dutertisms

Do you ever stop in the middle of your day realizing that you’ve missed your daily dose of Duterte’s incoherent and/or offensive ramblings? This webpage knows your pain, and will never allow any person to go a day without a Dutertism ever again.

DudirtyQuotes.com is a newly launched page that aims to archive some of President Rodrigo Duterte’s signature quotes, serving them up in Fentanyl pill-sized doses for every Pinoy’s doomscrolling pleasure. Whether it’s Dirty Digs talking about communists (“Itong komunista, malaki ang gastos natin. Do you know how much we spend? Sa isang putok, marinig mo man ‘yan. Brrrt”) or murdering people (“At the age of 16, I already killed someone. It was just over a look. How much more now that I am president?”), a new quote will randomly appear every time you visit the page.

“We were bored and the idea just came to us,” one of the site’s founders—they prefer to remain anonymous— told Coconuts. “Thinking it would be funny, we decided to go for it.”

DudirtyQuotes.com is, quite simply, a compilation of Duterte’s quotes, so everything is completely above board. Quotes from the president are all a matter of public record, and the page not only cites news sources that verify the quotes, but the siterunners also go straight to the official transcripts published by the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) to make sure they have the official version. The site also takes reader submissions, in case there’s a fresh quote that they missed.

It was all done in the spirit of fun, they reiterate, “Although that’s not to say the upcoming elections wasn’t a factor in seeing this project through. When the talks about Digong running again for VP came up in the news, I guess you could say we were a bit more motivated,” they said.
