Two men drinking the night away at a local beer house in Mandaluyong City were arrested by police after refusing to pay the bill and pretending they were cops themselves.
Suspects Emmanuel Enfante and Rumulo Dimapilis spent Sunday night through the wee hours of Monday at Nilos KTV bar in Barangay Daang Bakal. Whe the two began to get unruly, they tried to force the GRO at their table to go out with them for the night. When the waiter approached the table with the bill, the suspects became more aggressive and threatened to hurt the waiter. The KTV’s management sought police assistance and learned later at the station that the two were merely trying to talk their way out of the hefty bill.
