If he can do it to a defenseless dog, then he can do it to anyone.
“Just recently, pet owner Salvador Zapanta recently caught a drunk man raping his dog,” reports Ryan Sorote on InterAksyon.com.
What made things more horrible was that the brutal act was done right outside Zapanta’s store in Mandaue, Cebu. The dog had been tied up there.
The report noted: “Zapanta said he first saw the feet of the man while his dog kept on barking.”
Zapanta revealed, “When I pointed my flashlight at the man, he still continued to do what he was doing.”
Zapanta then called the police.
The man was later arrested by the police. However, he denied that he had sex with a dog and claimed that he did it with a woman.
Unfortunately, Zapanta decided not to file charges against the man who raped his dog because it would just be “a waste time and money” if the case is taken to court.
So, we have to wait for the man to brutalize a person before we can put him behind bars?
