Drug dealer shot dead inside his QC home

“At around 1pm On Wednesday, Mar 5, Reynaldo Suarez, 30, was in his house on Legislative corner Senatorial roads in Barangay Batasan Hills, Quezon City when two assailants barged in and shot him three times in the body,” reports Julie M. Aurelio in Philippine Daily Inquirer.

The horrible scene happened right in front of Suarez’s wife, Marlene, who also happened to be holding their one-year-old son. Suarez died on the spot.

The report revealed that according to PO2 Anthony Tejerero, the case investigator, “the victim’s family admitted that Suarez had sold drugs in the past and was a drug user himself.” Police found three 9-mm bullet casings from the crime scene.

It was not clear if Marlene got a good look at the men’s faces. She only said she was so shocked when it happened that all she could do was grab her son and hide in another room. The two men, who reportedly rode a motorcycle, left after they shot Suarez.
