This case is going full speed ahead into the Land of Controversy.
“Maserati owner Joseph Russel Ingco — who is accused of mauling the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic enforcer who took note of his traffic violation — is now claiming that he didn’t go to the police right away because he felt like everyone had already ‘pre-judged’ him,” reports ANC.

The report noted: “Ingco has been charged with serious physical injury, direct assault upon an authorized officer and grave threat, as per the Quezon City Police District (QCPD).”
In an interview with ANC on Fri, Nov 28, Ingco claimed that he “he was supposed to turn left from Araneta Avenue going to Quezon Avenue when he noticed that it was prohibited.”
So, as the report indicated, “instead of turning left, he went straight and used a U-turn slot along Araneta Avenue before turning right on Quezon Avenue.”
However, he noticed that MMDA traffic enforcer Jorbe Adriatico was taking a video of him with a cellphone.

Ingco said he reportedly stopped near Adriatico, rolled down the window of his Maserati Ghibli and asked what was wrong.
Ingco said things turned hostile, as Adriatico reportedly nearly shoved the cellphone in his face.
The hostility then got physical, as Ingco claimed Adriatico threw the first punch. Ingco said he had no choice but to fight back.
Ingco said he will file charges against Adriatico.
Meanwhile, the MMDA is saying they are standing by Adriatico’s testimony.
