Heads up, collectors!
“A public auction featuring old possessions of the late Comedy King Rodolfo ‘Dolphy’ Quizon’s is slated on December 13 at the Samsung Hall, SM Aura, Bonifacio Global City in Taguig,” reports Manila Bulletin.
Dubbed the “Dolphy Estate Auction,” the event will feature some of the Comedy King’s mementos and personal effects.
The report said that part of the proceeds will be used to construct the “Dolphy Museum,” while some will be donated to the Dolphy Foundation.
Dolphy died due to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) on Jul 10, 2012. He was 83.
