The Department of Justice has released a list of vehicles owned by Janet Lim Napoles, a businesswoman who has turned fugitive after she was arrested for serious illegal detention.
Napoles, allegedly the mastermind of a scam that put billions in Congressional Priority Development Assistance Funds in non-existent projects by bogus non-governmental organizations, was ordered arrested by a Makati court on Thursday. Her brother, Reynald “Jojo” Lim, was also ordered arrested and has also gone missing. The two have been accused of kidnapping whistleblower Benhur Luy in December.

The National Bureau of Investigation has urged the public to help it find the Napoles sibilings. Information on their whereabouts can be rleayed to the NBI through 524-1141 and 0917- 5838612. Justice Secretary Leila de Lima has said the Napoleses will not be allowed to leave the country because of the warrants for their arrest.
