There’s still no word about Daliah Pastor.
“The Department of Justice (DOJ) has denied the plea of businessman Domingo ‘Sandy’ de Guzman, suspected mastermind in the killing of car racing champion Enzo Pastor, for more time to answer the murder complaint filed against him,” reports Rey G. Panaligan in Manila Bulletin.
The report said that the DOJ “also denied De Guzman’s plea for the issuance of subpoena ad testificandum to the director of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the investigator on the case before the submission of his counter-affidavit.”
With this development, the DOJ is set to proceed with the preliminary investigation of the murder complaint on Oct 9.
De Guzman has also been accused of having an affair with the slain race care champ’s wife.
