Idiots on the road end up killing helpless bystanders.
“On Friday, June 13, two persons were killed while another was injured after a delivery van loaded with vegetables rammed into the footbridge at the corner of Edsa and Quezon Avenue in Quezon City,” reports Dennis Carcamo on Philstar.com.
The driver of the van Eduardo Pabunita was hurt during the accident. He later admitted that he was drunk.
The report said the delivery van was involved in another accident prior the footbridge incident.
If that’s the case, why wasn’t the driver apprehended then?
