Some things are so terrible that you almost don’t believe they’re actually happening.
“The body of a naked woman, stuffed in a suitcase, was dumped along Don Mariano Marcos Avenue Extension in Rodriguez, Rizal on Friday night, July 17,” reports Cecille Suerte Felipe in The Philippine Star.
Senior Superintendent Bernabe Balba, Rizal provincial police chief, has ordered a thorough investigation of the case.
The report noted: “According to investigators, municipal employee Noel Halili saw a white car parked on the side of the road at around 7:30 p.m. He was unable to see the vehicle’s plate number. He told police officers that a man took a suitcase from the car, dumped it on the side of the road and sped away.”
The woman remains unidentified.
