Not a day seems to go by without at least one dead body being found dumped somewhere in Metro Manila.
“At dawn on Thursday, Mar 13, the lifeless body of the man was found inside the compound of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) in Barangay Pansol, Balara, Quezon City,” reports Dennis Carcamo on Philstar.com.
Police said the man was most likely a victim of summary execution, as his head was wrapped with a garbage bag and packaging tape. That seems to be the “standard procedure” in these types of killings.
The man was wearing a white T-shirt and a pair of shorts. He was estimated to be in his 30s.
