Dead body dumped near Philcoa footbridge

Seriously, what is happening here?

“At around 9:30pm on Friday, Jan 17, a dead man was found naked and stuffed inside a garbage bag and dumped near the footbridge in Philcoa, Quezon City,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

On of the construction workers who found it said that they got curious when they saw the garbage bag. So, they moved it a bit. That was when they saw the dead man’s fingers pop out. They flagged down a police patrol car and reported what they found.

According to the report, the dead man “bore stab wounds from an ice pick in different parts of his body.” He was described as between 25 to 30 years old and about 5’6″ to 5’7″ tall. His hair was dyed blue and he had tattoos.

Some witnesses identified the dead man by his nickname, “Bungo.” They were able to say what his real name was.
