“On Black Saturday, April 19, the body of a newborn boy was found near West Riverside, San Francisco del Monte in Barangay Damayan, Quezon City,” reports Francis T. Wakefield in Tempo.
The baby’s body was found sometime after noon by Larry Labro, who was out collecting scrap materials.
According to the report, Scene-of-the-Crime Operatives (SOCO) arrived at the scene and conducted technical investigation. They found out that the baby had sustained a head injury.
