The Justice Secretary has a big heart.
“Inmates at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) will be allowed conjugal privileges on Saturday, February 14, Valentine’s Day,” reports Ina Reformina on ABS-CBNnews.com.
The report said that “Justice Secretary Leila de Lima has allowed the ‘stay-in’ privilege, but still subject to existing restrictions.”
The report noted: “Visitation privileges were restored recently at the state penitentiary after they were suspended following a grenade explosion last January 8 at the Maximum Security Compound.”
