It’s a good thing the problem was detected in time and fixed immediately.
“On Tuesday, September 23, Philippine Airlines (PAL) Express Flight 2P 2811 bound for Davao was forced to return to Manila after it took off around 6:47am. This was after the plane’s nose landing gear failed to retract after take-off at the NAIA,” reports Raoul Esperas on ABS-CBNnews.com.
The plane had 180 passengers on board.
The report said that the plane was able to resume its flight to Davao at 8:41am, after undergoing maintenance check.
