It’s the latest dark turn in this tragic tale.

“The Department of Justice (DOJ) has found probable cause to indict Domingo ‘Sandy’ De Guzman and Dahlia Pastor for the killing of international race car driver Enzo Pastor in June of last year,” reports Ina Reformina on ABS-CBNnews.com.

De Guzman and Dalia, Enzo’s wife, are believed to be the masterminds of the killing.

The report noted: “In a 13-page resolution, Assistant State Prosecutor Susan Villanueva found sufficient evidence to indict Dalia, Enzo’s wife, for parricide, and De Guzman, for murder. Villanueva’s findings were upheld by Senior Deputy State Prosecutor Richard Anthony Fadullon and Prosecutor General Claro Arellano.”

The report recalled: “The criminal complaint alleged that De Guzman and his supposed lover, Dalia, masterminded Enzo’s killing after the latter found about their alleged affair. In his extra-judicial confession, gunman PO2 Edgar Angel claimed he was paid P100,000 to kill Enzo.”

Dalia has not been seen in the course of the DOJ’s preliminary investigation. In fact, the Pastor camp says she has not surfaced ever since her name was dragged in the killing.
