An Indian national was declared dead on the spot in Marulas, Valenzuela City, after two unidentifed suspects fired at the loan shark. Witnesses say Kulwant Singh was on his bike collecting payments along Pio Valenzula Street when the suspects showed up and started shooting at the victim. He sustained shots on the head and body.
