The incident: This 48-year old dude couldn’t accept the fact that his wife upped and left – a year ago! Instead of moving on, he spends most nights drinking with neighbors and crying over his lost love. At last, he is unable to bear the pain and decides to end his misery with a rope to his neck.
WTF dude: Pining is for teenagers. At your age, you should have been able to take it like a man!

Scene of the crime: Intramuros, Manila
The incident: Work, as a janitor at the Manila Bulletin office in Intramuros, Manila, was empty for 26-year-old Cresencio Pancho; but when he met Sherie Nuñez he began to see the world through rose-tinted glasses. Things were blissfully happy for a while, until the fights started. One morning, Sherie gets the shock of her life when she finds her insecure lover in the bathroom, hanging from the ceiling!
