“Judge Elmo Alameda of Makati Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 150 upheld its earlier resolution ordering Napoles to return to her detention cell in at Fort Sto. Domingo in Sta. Rosa, Laguna after the Ospital ng Makati ordered her discharge Wednesday night, May 28,” reports Ron B. Lopez in Manila Bulletin.
Napoles has been confined at the Ospital ng Makati since March 31.
The report noted: “Last week, Napoles’ camp asked the Makati court to extend her stay at the hospital after she experienced heavy bleeding.”
