Cops probing Ombudsman office thefts

Quezon City police investigators are looking at getting to the bottom of several reported incidents of theft inside the Office of the Ombudsman.  Officer-on-duty PO2 Gilmer Marinas said this is the second time that supplies have gone missing from the office.

On Tuesday, three printer cartridges valued at P18,000 were reported missing from a second-floor stockroom. On May 6,  5 printer cartridges worth P30,000  also went missing. According to the Inquirer, surveillance camera footage on the morning of May 11 showed a man climbing down from the ceiling of the stockroom.
