Off-duty cops should find safer things to do.
“Police Officer (PO) 1 Anthony Alagde was declared dead on arrival at the Mary Johnston Hospital after he was shot in the head. by his colleague, PO2 Jugiex Quinto, who is assigned to the Anti-Illegal Drugs of the Manila Police District (MPD),” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
The bloody encounter occurred on Saturday, Dec 21, at a videoke bar at Quirino corner Herbosa Streets in Tondo. Quinto was immediately nabbed after he shot Alagde and is now under the custody of the MPD.
According to the report, “Authorities have yet to identify the motive behind the killing.”
