Polce are still doing probe on the death Joseph Alfonso, 43, who worked as a cook at the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) in Mandaluyomg City.

“At around 8am last Fri, Jan 13, Alfonso was on his way to work when motorcycle-riding suspects shot him along Dr. Fabella Street in Barangay Plainview. He died on the spot from multiple gunshot wounds,” reports Arlene Rivera on Journal Online.

The report noted: “The two suspects aboard a motorcycle had tailed Alfonso. Then, one of them pulled out a gun and shot the victim repeatedly at close range. The suspects immediately fled from the scene.”
