A sleep-deprived person may turn criminal.
“Moises Roque, 24, a construction worker who was having a few drinks was shot dead by Marlon Angulo, his co-worker who was trying to get some sleep on Sunday night, July 27, in Marikina City,” reports Philippine Daily Inquirer.
Based on the initial police investigation, Roque was drinking with another co-worker at 1120pm on Sunday at the construction site on Dao Street in Barangay Marikina Heights when Angulo, who was trying to sleep, told them to keep the noise down.
Angulo then left. He returned with a gun. He shot Roque in the neck and then fled. He reportedly took the gun and his belongings with him.
Roque was rushed to the Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center for treatment but he died shortly after he got there.
