“Speaking to reporters on Monday, May 26, Justice Secretary Leila De Lima said the affidavit of businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles is now complete,” reports ANC.
The report said “De Lima will then transmit the affidavit, as well as the first and ‘initial’ affidavit already in her possession to the Senate today, in compliance of the second extension granted her by the Blue Ribbon Committee.”
De Lima is also set to turn over to the committee a copy of the contents of Benhur Luy’s external hard drive, which supposedly show the accounting records in connection with the scam.
