They seem to have no love for the man.
“The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) is urging Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte not to chime in on the case of Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista who is facing possible charges for slapping a drug suspect last week,” reports David Dizon on ABS-CBNnews.com.
CHR chair Etta Rosales said Duterte was only “adding fuel to the fire and teach law enforcers the wrong things.”

Duterte had said Bautista was “too easy” on the drug dealer and that if it were up to him, he’d do more than slap the suspect. He’d also kick him and throw him out in the Davao Gulf.
Rosales said in Filipino, “You know, Mayor Duterte, I hope you don’t say anything because what you say is just bad influence on those who don’t know any better.”
