In 2013, former Senator Richard “Dick” Gordon once again ran for the Senate. At some point during the counting of votes, he was in and out of the top 12 list. Eventually, he was out of it.
But amid Gordon’s precarious poll situation, a tagline was born: “Ipasok si Dick.” Rough translation: “Let Dick in.”
These days, with so many politicians implying that they may run for office in 20106, somebody came up with this meme. Along with Gordon, it features a proposed tandem of Sen. Grace Poe and former Sen. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan as her running mate.
The meme wants to propose that Gordon, perhaps, be included in the senatorial slate of the duo. With that, comes the tagline: “Ipasok si Dick sa Poe-Kiko.”
As for the translation, well, let’s just say it’s X-rated.
