To boost voter registration numbers, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) will be bringing registration and validation to major malls in Metro Manila as part of their “No Bio, No Boto” campaign.
Plus, there are still 500,000 registered voters with incomplete or without biometric data in the National Capital Region (NCR), says an ABS-CBNnews.com report.
The COMELEC further explained: “Despite completing the process of registration, the 500,000 voters face disenfranchisement in the 2016 elections unless they submit themselves for voter validation.”
