Comelec moves printing of ballots to Feb 8

Does this mean they expect some names to be added or removed?

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) announced that the printing of the official ballots for the May 2016 polls has been moved anew.

“Instead of February 1, the printing of the ballots will now start on February 8. It’s the second time that the poll body moved the printing of the ballots, the original schedule of which was January 26,” reports Leslie Ann Aquino in Manila Bulletin.

Comelec chairman Andres Bautista said they made the decision “in order to accommodate the call of some quarters to move the printing of the ballots.”
