Chito Roño, the manager of Vhong Navarro, isn’t moved by the model Deniece Cornejo’s surrender.
“Cornejo surrendered to Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Alan Purisima on Monday, May 5, to face the illegal detention case filed against her by Navarro. She had charged Navarro with rape, but the case got junked by the Department of Justice,” reports Eunice Blanco on Philstar.com.
In a text message sent to the news program TV Patrol, after Cornejo was taken into police custody, Roño said: “Her timing is suspicious. I would advice Vhong and team to be very cautious for any drama.”
