The company is expected to raise PHP3.15 billion in proceeds. “It would use PHP1.29 billion from the proceeds to pay short-term obligations, over PHP1 billion to fund working capital and potential acquisition and the remaining amount to finance capital expenditures aimed at enhancing production capacity and cost efficiency,” adds the report.
Century Pacific Food lists 13 brands on its company website, including Home Pride seasoning mixes, Swift and Argentina canned goods and Birch Tree powdered milk.
The offer period is from Apr 23 to Apr 29. The IPO will be listed on or before May 6, adds the report.
BDO Capital is one of the underwriters, along with BPI Capital Corp and First Metro Investment Corp.
