Cellphone thief escapes through drain pipe
The police have his name so his Great Imburnal Escape is not a complete success.
“Police failed to catch a known thief named Elmer Espina after he went through a drain pipe along Congressional Avenue in Barangay Bahay Toro, Quezon City,” reports ABS-CBN News correspondent Kori Quintos on ABS-CBNnews.com.
Espina had once again snatched a cellphone in Muñoz area on Wednesday evening, Mar 26.
According to the polce charges will still be filed against Espina even if he managed to get away from them.
The question is, will they catch him soon?
