And just like that, they’re out.
“Businessman Cedric Lee and Zimmer Raz were officially released from prison after posting PHP500,000 bail each in connection with the serious illegal detention charges filed by actor Vhong Navarro early this year,” reports Anna Liza Villas-Alavaren in Manila Bulletin.
Judge Paz Esperanza Cortes of the Taguig City Regional Trial Court Branch 271 issued the release order for their temporary freedom. They were out of Camp Bagong Diwa at around 430pm.
The report revealed that “Lee and Raz, accompanied by lawyer Howard Calleja, were all smiles when they walked out of the Taguig City hall of justice.”
Raz reportedly even said, “Praise the Lord!”
Meanwhile, everyone’s curious if Deniece Cornejo will soon also post the PHP500,000 bail.
