Cebu Pacific said some Friday morning flights could be delayed after a gunman went on a rampage at a casino resort near the capital’s main airport.
“Due to the incident at a nearby entertainment complex earlier, there are delays in some of the morning flights,” the country’s largest airline said in a statement.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. The safety of our passengers is our utmost concern,” the statement read.
Police chief Ronald Dela Rosa said the gunman was killed without leaving civilian casualties.
